Dear WHS Students and Families,

We just completed our first full week of school for the 25-26 school year! Tonight we have our home opener football game against Lewis Mills/Wolcott Tech. Come on out for Friday Night Lights at 7pm! Monday we are also excited to welcome Erica Forti our new Superintendent of Schools. We are looking forward to having Ms. Forti see all of the amazing things that are going on at WHS.

We continue to focus on relationships and well being at WHS, while also supporting our students in their academic achievements. The two must go hand in hand. Yesterday we hosted an assembly and with the generous support of the PTO brought in guest speaker Dennard Mitchell who talked to our students about the power of setting their vision and the active steps they can take to accomplish their goals. Talk to your high schoolers about it this weekend.
