DRIVING AND PARKING
Safety and security are our top priority and the basis for our regulations. Bus transportation is provided for all students, and its use is encouraged for environmental and safety reasons. Student driving to school is a privilege, not a right, and is limited by safety/space considerations.

PARKING PERMIT
Student drivers must register their vehicles using the appropriate link above. Students must have a WHS-numbered parking permit to park vehicles on the school campus; students must park in their designated spaces.

PARKING LOT RULES

Neither cars nor the parking lot are to be used for lounging/loitering during the school day. Students may not be in cars during fire drills.
The speed limit is 20 m.p.h.
Obey all traffic and parking signs.
Parking permits/tags must be displayed inside the upper passenger-side windshield.

VIOLATIONS
Parking in unauthorized areas without a permit will result in fines, ticketing, loss of driving privileges for up to a year, and legal consequences, including booting/towing at the owner's expense.

When applying for a parking permit, carefully read the information below and on the application to make sure you bring with you:

- The parking fee is $150 for applications taken August through January 4, 2027. The fee is $75 for applications taken January through June 2027. You can pay by check to Weston High School with "Parking" written in the memo line, or pay via MySchoolBucks.

- If you plan to drive two vehicles to school during the year, please purchase an additional sticker for $5.00. These can be purchased at the Main Office with exact cash or through MySchoolBucks under "Parking." Vehicles without stickers will be ticketed.

A Permit will not be issued until all accountabilities are taken care of:

 – All missing library books must be returned to school, or in the event a student can't find a book, they must either replace the book or pay for a replacement.

 – All Library materials borrowed and not returned must be returned or paid for, including missing headphones, calculators, and charging cords. In addition, any items purchased from the library and charged to the student's account must be paid for. These items may be paid for in cash or on My School Bucks.

 – All cafeteria balances must be paid down to zero to obtain a parking pass. Balances may be paid via My School Bucks or check.

 – All class dues must be paid. Each student is billed $40 per year for class dues, which fund class activities and graduation items. Your dues must be paid by turning in a check on the day you choose your parking spot or via My School Bucks.
